1. 1. You can order any products available on currencywala.com by using your registered account on the website. If you are a dealer and want to order items in bulk, please check the availability of a product before placing an order. All items displayed on the website are in stock . In case any item in your order is not available, you will be receiving a refund for that item.
2. Once you place an order on currencywala.com you will receive an email acknowledgement. This e-mail will have the details of the products purchased, taxes and shipping charges if applicable. In the event of a problem in processing your order, we will notify you via e-mail or call you at the email address/telephone number provided on your order requesting further information. Order status will show as on hold and status will change after shipment only. 3. Taxes, Duties & Charges
3.1 currencywala.com is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, custom duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to International orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government. Orders within India are inclusive of taxes and other charges.
4. Choice/Opt-Out/unsubscribe
4.1You may opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. You will continue to receive generic ads.
4.2 If you want to remove your contact information from all currencywala.com lists and newsletters, please visit unsubscribe.
5. Security Precautions:

6. Ordering from currencywala
We are selling online since 2010 supplying to reputed collectors / dealers across the globe. In order to order from our store, you should be a reputed collector / dealer with sound knowledge about this hobby and associated with this hobby for at least 3 Years. You should be a well educated matures person above 30 years.
We prefer to deal with reputed dealers and popular collectors. We are not looking for new customers unless you have been refereed by one of our happy customer. If we find any suspicious activity, we will be asking for ID and Address proof and the details of the person who referred you to our site. Once you place order, you will be receiving an order confirmation mail with all the information that you need to complete your order.
7. Minimum Order
Minimum order we process is 500.00. Also you should be placing next order only after the receipt of your previous shipment.
8. Order Limit For New customers.
For new customers order amount should not exceed Rs : 5000.00. This limit is applicable for the first 3 orders. You should be placing new orders only after the receipt of your previous order. There is no option to edit orders once placed, please review your shopping cart before submitting orders.
9. Shipments and delivery
We ship orders next 1-2 working days after the receipt of your payment. We ship via India Post only. We have been using India Post service since 2010 with out any issues. You should be placing order from our store only if you don’t have any delivery issues with India Post. If you have no idea about your post office service, you should contact them and check with them before placing orders. We will ship and update you the tracking details and you can track it online from next working day. Shipment coming from Kerala and you can check with your post office people regarding the delivery time. Delivery time depends on your location. If you live in a metro city, you can expect it in 5 – 10 working days. if you are from a remote village, it will take more time. If you are from North East, it may take 20 – 30 days. You should check with your post office regarding the delivery time before placing orders. We don’t commit on things not in our control. For fast delivery always order from a local seller from your state. This is not a money making business for us hence, we are looking for well educated mature customers who can understand the facts and ready to cooperate. We prefer to deal with reputed dealers and popular collectors who are familiar with online shopping and have purchased from other dealers / online stores.

10. Out Of Stock Items
In case if any of the items in your order is out of stock, we will be issuing a refund for that item.
11. Item Condition
Items with UNC in the title are un circulated items in excellent condition. Other items are circulated items. If you are a person looking for excellent condition items, you should be ordering UNC items only. You can expect minor issues like minor cut,stain,pen marks,fold etc. on some of the circulated items. We deal in bulk and try our level best to sort and remove items with major damages.
Coins are metals and they react with air and forms oxides. Coins are likely to loose the shine and luster with time. There are ways to clean coins however, we don’t clean coins as there is no demand for cleaned coins. Circulated coins, condition may be different from coin to coin.
